Our team is always refining how Maureen fits into your day. This release includes:
- A refreshed color scheme across the app, tuned for readability and easier navigation
- Recipes Library, with Cook Mode guidance and timers
- A soft rollout of the Community Forum and peer-to-peer direct messages
- Performance and stability improvements throughout
Improvements
- A continuous day strip in The Ladder -- Swipe back through past days or forward into upcoming ones without the strip ever running out, and jump straight back to today with a single tap.
- A calmer Ladder -- The day strip and to-do rows now separate by tone rather than by shadow, so the list reads flatter and cleaner in both light and dark.
- Smoother launch -- The opening screen holds until everything is ready, rather than flashing between stages on the way in.
- A steadier first run -- The buttons on the welcome screen now wait for the opening animation to settle before they appear.
- More room for cooking steps -- Step text in Cook Mode is no longer squeezed onto a single line on smaller phones.
Fixes
- Fixed cook timers continuing to ring and buzz after you finish a recipe.
- Fixed a mismatched font in the closing message at the end of Cook Mode.
- Fixed the keyboard staying open when leaving a conversation, and the message box dropping behind the keyboard shortly after opening one.
- Fixed the notification permission prompt never appearing, which left push notifications quietly switched off for everyone.
- Fixed bottom sheets snapping shut in a single frame instead of animating closed.
- Fixed the sun and moon in Urge Surfing starting half on screen.
- Fixed the update check running on every launch rather than once on a fresh install.
- Removed a development control that was visible in the muscle relaxation exercise.
